As some of you know, months ago I purchased a Nestle Kit Kat, that was well, all chocolate and no wafer. Ever since that kick in the mouth day, I have been emailing this company demanding an explanation, an apology and perhaps a coupon for a free Kit Kat. But all I received was machine written emails and an absolute disregard for any of my feelings. Nestle does not want to stand behind what they sell to their customers, all they care about is the money that is being fed to there pig like mouths. They do not care about the quality of their product, they do not care about their customers, and by the way they have treated me it is clear they do not even care about the integrity of their own company. Finally today I received an email from them giving me a rather large form/survey to fill out. However, I assume they thought I was too hopped up on crack cocaine to actually do it, or thought I was unable to read and write and that they would never receive their survey back. Well they were wrong, little did they know I can form a sentence. I do not expect anything back from Nestle, other then a automated email telling me they received my survey. I am sure they will not actually read it, and will for surely not take it to heart. I dont expect such a heartless company to have time to respond to a loyal customer, who has been slapped by the greedy hands of what is called, "Nestle".
Until I receive an apology and/or a coupon for a free Kit Kat bar, never will I purchase another Nestle product again.
